About the Role:
The Healthcare Research & Data Analyst will join the Immune & Inflammation team in Noida. The role combines three key functions:
Market Research & Insights Generation
Project Management & Execution
Client Service
The analyst will translate therapeutic expertise and market research data into actionable insights for biopharmaceutical industry decision-makers, focusing on autoimmune disorders.
The team consists of ~12 colleagues across India, Spain, and the United States, reporting to the respective team managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Analysis
Build understanding of drug development and commercialization dynamics in immune markets.
Conduct primary research through interviews and surveys with medical and healthcare experts.
Critically analyze clinical and commercial data to evaluate market trends, assess opportunities, and develop forecasts.
Prepare comprehensive research reports and syndicated market research outputs.
Communicate business insights effectively through slide decks, presentations, and reports.
Project Management & Client Service
Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding needs and delivering solutions.
Address ad hoc client queries effectively and professionally.
Apply business acumen to support internal and external stakeholders.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with a cross-functional, global team across Noida, Bengaluru, Barcelona, and Boston.
Contribute to a dynamic, creative, and supportive team culture focusing on excellence, integrity, and care.
About You:
Education:
Master’s degree (MA/MS in Life Sciences) or MBA
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in biopharma, healthcare, market research, or forecasting
Core Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data organization strategies)
Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Therapy expertise in at least one biopharma area
Experience in clinical research, drug development, or commercialization
Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
Knowledge of SQL or Python
Working Hours:
