Role Overview

The Health Clinical Services Associate will be responsible for supporting healthcare operations by embedding digital transformation across healthcare delivery and driving operational excellence.
You will work within the Healthcare Claims team, handling claim processing tasks such as:

  • Registering and verifying claims

  • Editing and evaluating claim details

  • Managing claim examination and litigation

  • Coordinating health and wellness services across care settings

  • Solve routine problems by referring to established guidelines and procedures.

  • Interact primarily within your own team and direct supervisor.

  • Receive detailed instructions for new tasks and moderate guidance for routine work.

  • Make decisions impacting your own scope of work.

  • Contribute as an individual team member with defined responsibilities.

  • Be prepared to work in rotational shifts if required.
