Job Summary

Novo Nordisk is hiring a Global Publication Manager for its Global Medical Affairs team in Bangalore. This full-time, on-site role offers a unique opportunity to shape and execute global publication strategies for a leading pharmaceutical company. The position demands expertise in scientific communication, publication planning, and stakeholder collaboration across medical affairs, development, regulatory, and commercial functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of publication plans for assigned products.

  • Chair Publication Planning Group (PPG) meetings for product accountability.

  • Provide affiliate encore publication support across global markets.

  • Manage IEnvision tool operations as a super user/admin.

  • Oversee publication budgets and invoice processes.

  • Collaborate closely with global medical affairs, discovery teams, regulatory teams, and affiliate offices.

  • Communicate scientific information efficiently to internal and external stakeholders.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution, preferably in Life Sciences.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in publication management or project management in pharma, STM publishing, or a medical communication agency.

  • Proficiency in IEnvision platform (super user/admin level).

  • Strong scientific communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
