Job Summary:

The Training Senior Associate will work on projects and processes that ensure the effective execution of training strategies for all roles within the Global Patient Safety (GPS) department. This includes supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, updating the Role-Based Assignment Vehicle, and coordinating various training initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Support:

    • Support and maintain training plans for all roles within GPS.

    • Assist in the execution of training initiatives, ensuring the proper training of all GPS team members.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding:

    • Support and maintain the onboarding plans for GPS.

    • Develop and maintain offboarding plans and knowledge transfer templates to ensure business continuity and compliance.

  • Role-Based Assignment Vehicle:

    • Support the updates for Role-Based Assignment Vehicle and manage training initiatives as per the updated requirements.

  • Metrics & Reporting:

    • Maintain oversight of GPS training metrics and report status on training progress.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work with R&D training groups and quality teams on training initiatives and Learning Management System (LMS) activities.

    • Provide support for the management of GPS controlled documents and other managed information outside of the controlled document repository.

  • Job Descriptions and Knowledge Transfer:

    • Support the maintenance and review of GPS job descriptions (JD) and curricula vitae (CVs).

  • System Maintenance:

    • Maintain and support SharePoint sites and other systems related to training activities.

  • Compliance Support:

    • Assist with Pharmacovigilance (PV) compliance activities as needed.

  • Administrative Support:

    • Aid in administrative tasks related to project activities and schedules.


Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree and 1-3 years of Pharmaceutical Industry experience OR

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of Pharmaceutical Industry experience OR

  • Diploma and 7-9 years of Pharmaceutical Industry experience.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Knowledge of training plans and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Strong analytical skills to solve day-to-day problems.

  • Methodical approach to completing tasks.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to communicate effectively at various organizational levels.
