Job Overview:

The Global Medical Maintenance Expert will collaborate closely with the global medical affairs team to ensure high-quality and timely medical contributions for key strategic submissions. The role involves creating medical documents for Health Authorities, analyzing scientific data, and providing oversight on medical vendors. The candidate will also ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies while contributing to continuous process improvements.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Medical Contribution:

    • Collaborate with global medical affairs for key submissions (new applications, renewals, variations).

    • Create and review medical documents for Health Authorities and national authorities.

  • Scientific Analysis & Communication:

    • Analyze scientific/medical data and contribute to their publication.

    • Prepare and present clinically driven topics for Governance Committees.

  • Medical Monitoring & Training:

    • Monitor medical news/publications and share insights with relevant teams.

    • Facilitate internal medical training on therapeutic areas and disease pathologies.

  • Review & Approval:

    • Review and approve promotional and non-promotional communication materials.

  • Vendor Oversight:

    • Provide scientific oversight of medical vendors.

  • Risk Management & Governance:

    • Identify and communicate potential medical risks to higher management.

    • Ensure adherence to CHC governance, internal policies, and industry standards.


Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Medical or Pharmacy Degree required.

    • Scientific/health-related degree (PhD, Phar.D.) acceptable with relevant experience.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or consumer healthcare.

    • Global or regional role experience preferred.

    • Experience in technical writing for healthcare authority submissions or scientific publications desirable.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and data integration abilities.

  • Ability to manage workload under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • Excellent organizational and networking skills.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on objectives.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and high level of professionalism.


Technical Skills:

  • Technical writing expertise for healthcare authority submissions and manuscripts.

  • Knowledge of international regulations, guidelines, and pharmaceutical industry standards.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


Languages:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

  • Additional language is desirable.
