Main Responsibilities

  • Attach and manage supplementary materials supporting reports.

  • Ensure reports are consistent in appearance and comply with style guidelines.

  • Evaluate and adjust user access rights to system documentation for security and validity.

  • Launch and manage review workflows in CMS (including Veeva).

  • Oversee report approvals, reviewer agreements, and initiate approval workflows.

  • Update and maintain records of document ownership; ensure compliance with access protocols.

  • Review reports for accuracy, correcting language and typographical errors.


About You

Experience

  • Experience in pharmaceutical quality.

  • Preferred: Background in environmental monitoring activities within a Pharmaceutical GxP environment.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in LIMS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with CMS systems (Veeva experience preferred).

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.

  • Flexible, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic environments.

  • Strong analytical skills; agile learner and thinker.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.

  • Advanced degree preferred.

Languages

  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.

  • French or other languages preferred.
