Main Responsibilities
Attach and manage supplementary materials supporting reports.
Ensure reports are consistent in appearance and comply with style guidelines.
Evaluate and adjust user access rights to system documentation for security and validity.
Launch and manage review workflows in CMS (including Veeva).
Oversee report approvals, reviewer agreements, and initiate approval workflows.
Update and maintain records of document ownership; ensure compliance with access protocols.
Review reports for accuracy, correcting language and typographical errors.
About You
Experience
Experience in pharmaceutical quality.
Preferred: Background in environmental monitoring activities within a Pharmaceutical GxP environment.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in LIMS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with CMS systems (Veeva experience preferred).
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
Flexible, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
Strong analytical skills; agile learner and thinker.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
Languages
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
French or other languages preferred.
