About the Role: The Global Buyer for the Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and RWE category is responsible for implementing sourcing strategies and leading sourcing activities globally across all Sanofi business units. The role involves partnering with internal business teams, consolidating business needs, conducting global RFPs, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Implement and operationally follow-up action plans derived from Category Management and Procurement Business Partners' strategies.

  • Support the Global Lead Buyer in strategy execution and sourcing operations.

  • Deliver savings pipeline aligned with set targets.

  • Lead global RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiations.

  • Report status, savings, performance, and risks associated with sourcing activities.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and market developments.

  • Benchmark against industry best practices.

  • Conduct supplier management through business reviews and performance evaluations.

  • Ensure procurement technical excellence including TCO, SRM, Risk Management, Innovation, CSR, HSE, Compliance, and Quality.

  • Collaborate closely with procurement services to leverage middle and back-office support.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Develop strong partnerships with key internal customers.

  • Present procurement strategies for feedback and alignment with internal teams.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Procurement or a related field.

Soft Skills/Technical Skills:

  • Technical knowledge of the relevant category/domain.

  • Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Good financial and legal understanding.

  • Flexible, resourceful, creative, and solution-driven.

  • Strong project management and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

  • Ability to adapt to new environments and processes.

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal sensitivity.

  • Commitment to compliance and ethical standards.

Education:

  • Minimum Master’s degree from an accredited institution.

Languages:

  • Fluent English is mandatory.
