Role Summary:
As a Global HEOR Senior Manager, you will implement HEOR strategies aligned with the Access Strategy Lead (ASL) for one or multiple assets through their life cycle. This role involves global evidence generation, HTA submission support, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to support patient access to medicines.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate global payer-relevant evidence including patient-reported outcomes (PRO), clinical outcomes assessment (COA), and evidence synthesis.
Deliver global materials for Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions (e.g., Global Value Dossier, economic models).
Translate strategic objectives into actionable HEOR project plans.
Maintain strong relationships with top-10 countries including the US.
Ensure HTA dossier governance compliance.
Engage vendors and external experts to validate HEOR strategies and technical approaches.
Collaborate with internal teams including ASL, Evidence Generation Team (EGT), Global Medical Affairs Team (GMAT), Real-world Evidence sub-Team (RWEsT), Global Biostatistical Sciences, US Payer Marketing, and Medical Value & Access.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications (one of the following):
Doctorate degree + 2 years HEOR experience
Master’s degree + 6 years HEOR experience
Bachelor’s degree + 8 years HEOR experience
Associate’s degree + 10 years HEOR experience
High school diploma/GED + 12 years HEOR experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in relevant field
Health economics training (academic or on-the-job)
Experience writing research protocols and publications
Development of payer-relevant evidence, including real-world evidence
PRO/COA strategy design experience
Evidence synthesis (systematic reviews, indirect treatment comparisons, meta-analyses)
Strategic and technical knowledge of HTA requirements
Experience developing Global Value Dossiers and AMCP dossiers
Economic modeling and predictive analytics expertise
Experience influencing Access strategy through a HEOR lens
Knowledge of the United States market
