Job Overview

The Finance Manager role is ideal for professionals with 8-12 years of experience in financial management, analysis, and strategy development. This individual will lead financial operations, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, and ensure that financial strategies align with business goals. The Finance Manager will be responsible for providing key insights to executive management and guiding the financial health of the organization.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, working closely with senior leadership to define financial targets and track progress.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring they meet regulatory and internal standards.
Provide strategic financial analysis to support business decisions, including profitability assessments, cost management, and investment evaluations.
Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize liquidity and ensure financial stability.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard assets and enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for cost reduction, and areas for revenue growth.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business expansion initiatives.
Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial systems, tools, and technologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
8-12 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record in financial management, analysis, and leadership roles.
Advanced knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and financial regulations.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management, external auditors, and cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
