  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring they meet regulatory and internal standards.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis to support business decisions, including profitability assessments, cost management, and investment evaluations.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize liquidity and ensure financial stability.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard assets and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for cost reduction, and areas for revenue growth.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business expansion initiatives.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial systems, tools, and technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record in financial management, analysis, and leadership roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management, external auditors, and cross-functional teams.
