Key Responsibilities
HEVA Scientific Communication & Publications
Develop high-impact HEVA deliverables: manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and slide decks
Align content with global HEVA communication strategy and medical plans
Contribute to Core Value Dossier (CVD) and AMCP dossier development
Evidence Generation & Value Demonstration
Integrate clinical, economic, and real-world evidence (RWE) into compelling narratives
Maintain and update Core Value Decks for key products
Support payer evidence strategies and reimbursement decisions
Content Leadership & Mentorship
Create complex scientific content independently
Review, mentor, and upskill junior and senior HEVA writers
Drive best practices in scientific communication and publication excellence
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with HEVA, RWE, Medical Affairs, and Scientific Communication teams
Engage with healthcare professionals and global stakeholders
Align deliverables with cross-functional and global business goals
Process Management & Innovation
Manage end-to-end content lifecycle using iEnvision / Datavision / Matrix
Conduct publication needs analysis and execute publication plans

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
Advanced degree (PhD / Master’s / MD) in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Public Health
7+ years of experience in HEVA, HEOR, or scientific/medical writing
Core Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR)
Experience with Core Value Dossier (CVD) and AMCP Dossier
Knowledge of Real-World Evidence (RWE), epidemiology, and public health
Advanced scientific writing, literature review, and data interpretation skills
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge
Familiarity with ICH Guidelines, GxP, and Good Publication Practice (GPP)
Understanding of market access, payer evidence, and reimbursement frameworks
