Job Overview
The Executive – Sales will be responsible for driving business development and client acquisition for healthcare assurance services across the West region, including Gujarat and surrounding markets. This role involves direct engagement with healthcare providers, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders to promote certification services and achieve regional revenue targets.

The position requires extensive travel and focuses on expanding market presence by promoting certification services related to dietary supplements, over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, and cosmetics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities through direct B2B sales within the healthcare sector.

  • Promote certification services for dietary supplements, OTC products, and cosmetics to potential clients.

  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and manufacturers to ensure long-term partnerships.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline data in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure effective service delivery.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and support regional business growth initiatives.

  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the Regional Sales Manager.

  • Support marketing initiatives and participate in industry events to enhance brand visibility.

  • Travel extensively across the West region for client meetings and business development activities.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field (B.Sc / B.Tech), or MBA in Marketing preferred.

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare certifications, pharmaceuticals, or related assurance services.

  • Demonstrated client-facing sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

  • Understanding of healthcare regulations, certification processes, or compliance standards is an advantage.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong sales orientation with a results-driven approach.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Strategic problem-solving and organizational abilities.

  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
