Project Coordinator – Executive Associate, Drug Development – Bristol Myers Squibb (Hyderabad)

Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) is hiring a Project Coordinator – Executive Associate for Drug Development in Hyderabad, India to support the Drug Development Hyderabad (DD HYD) leadership team. In this role, you will coordinate project operations, executive administrative tasks, reporting activities, and SharePoint management while supporting drug development initiatives. You will work closely with drug development teams, project stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure smooth project coordination, governance reporting, and operational efficiency. This position is suitable for professionals experienced in project coordination, administrative operations, stakeholder management, and business reporting within a corporate or pharmaceutical environment. The estimated salary for this role ranges from ₹8 LPA to ₹14 LPA depending on experience in project coordination and executive support roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project SharePoint sites, permissions, and external partner access.

  • Handle SharePoint user requests, automated workflows, and troubleshooting activities.

  • Track and manage initiative governance status reports and project updates.

  • Maintain project staffing lists, resource mapping, and onboarding support.

  • Support financial reporting updates and business analysis reports.

  • Assist executives with correspondence, documentation, research, and communication management.

  • Coordinate departmental meetings, vendor interactions, and off-site events.

  • Manage calendar scheduling, phone communications, and time-zone coordination.

  • Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and project documentation.

  • Support travel booking, expense reconciliation, and purchase order submission in Ariba.

  • Ensure executives are prepared for meetings with pre-read materials and documentation.

  • Maintain office procedures including filing systems, procurement support, and administrative processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • 5–8 years of experience in project coordination, executive support, or administrative roles in a corporate environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced matrixed business environment.
