Role Purpose

You will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing documentation—SOPs, batch records, training materials, and more—ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality standards to support optimal patient care. Pfizer


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, review, and revise manufacturing documentation including SOPs, batch records, training materials, and forms

  • Collaborate with operations staff to ensure documents align with procedural goals

  • Ensure documents are accurate, readable, and grammatically correct

  • Follow site and corporate policies on cGMP, safety, environmental, and HR guidelines

  • Track document revisions through approval workflows

  • Analyze and compile information for document development

  • Review document changes in context of other materials

  • Advocate for appropriate terminology and formatting, ensuring site-document alignment with corporate standards

  • Support documentation control: revision history, issuance, tracking, cycle times, and print changeovers Pfizer


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (0+ years experience), or Associate degree (4 years), or High School diploma (6 years experience)

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and proofreading skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

  • Capable of translating verbal instructions into clear operating documents

  • Ability to quickly grasp pharmaceutical manufacturing processes to inform SOPs Pfizer

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with electronic quality systems (e.g., eQMS, PDOCs, QTS, EAMs)

  • Prior pharmaceutical industry experience

  • Knowledge of local manufacturing procedures Pfizer


Physical & Environmental Requirements

  • Ability to gown and stand for prolonged periods in manufacturing areas

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary: $66,500 – $110,900

  • Bonus Potential: Eligible for Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan (7.5% of base)
