key-responsibilities

  • Conduct patient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments or procedures as required by the patient.
  • Schedule appointments, surgeries, and other procedures through clinical communication or direct request.
  • Provide excellent customer service, creating positive first impressions for patients.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks, including referrals, pre-certifications, clinical records, orders, and consults, are received and ready before the patient's visit.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
