Position Overview

Soliant Health is seeking a Director of Pharmacy (DOP) for a behavioral health facility in Cincinnati, OH. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations while directly contributing to patient care in a specialized setting. As the sole pharmacist in the facility, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pharmacy, ensuring accurate dispensing, and maintaining inventory, all while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to patients.


Job Details

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 13 weeks (potential for temp-to-hire)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations as the sole pharmacist.
  • Fill prescriptions and ensure accurate dispensing.
  • Restock Pyxis units and manage inventory.
  • Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to behavioral health patients.

Ideal Candidate

  • Active Ohio pharmacist license required.
  • At least 1+ year of pharmacy experience.
  • Comfortable working in a 1-pharmacist pharmacy setting.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills.
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional care to behavioral health patients.
