Key Responsibilities

Staff and Performance Management

  • Lead project planning and execution

  • Improve business processes and strategic delivery methods

  • Guide daily project team operations

  • Ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality project delivery

  • Manage resources and workload assignments

  • Meet client SLAs and expectations

  • Oversee release and change management
