Job Purpose

Responsible for shipment coordination, preparation of shipment documents, packing, and maintaining shipment trackers.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Shipment Documentation Preparation:

    • Prepare all relevant documents for IUT (In-Use Testing) shipments.
    • Create checklists for shipment compounds.
    • Prepare MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and COA (Certificate of Analysis) for shipments.
    • Handle documentation for export shipments, including SRF (Shipment Release Form), TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act), and MSDS.
  2. Packing Coordination:

    • Oversee the preparation and involvement in primary and secondary packing for both IUT and export shipments.
  3. Collection of Documents:

    • Collect final compounds and signed documents from the technical team for packing.
  4. Shipment Documentation Submission:

    • Submit finalized signed shipment documents to the logistics team for further processing.

Educational Qualification

  • B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science) or equivalent degree.

Technical/Functional Skills

  1. Chemical Knowledge:

    • Basic understanding of the hazards of chemicals and solvents.
  2. Documentation Skills:

    • Strong documentation and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word and Excel.
  3. Logistics & Warehouse Operations Expertise:

    • Hands-on experience with outbound logistics, inbound logistics, SEZ (Special Economic Zone) documentation, US-related documentation, and warehouse operations.
    • Good knowledge of purchasing and warehouse management.

Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in shipment activities, logistics, and documentation handling.
