About the Role
Medpace, a globally recognized Clinical Research Organization (CRO), is expanding its operations with a new office in Hyderabad, India. We are seeking an experienced Data Manager – Core Laboratory to join our team and play a key role in establishing and shaping our operations in this region.
This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work on global clinical development programs while contributing to the foundation and growth of Medpace’s newest location.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and review Data Management procedures for clinical trials in collaboration with sponsors and cross-functional teams.
Define and manage Data Management timelines, ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones.
Coordinate and oversee clinical data transfers with database programmers, project managers, and external partners.
Support system development and ongoing maintenance in partnership with MCL programmers and operational teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for core laboratory team members, sponsors, and external data management groups.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a life science or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of Data Management experience in clinical research; experience in Core Laboratory operations preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clinical projects and serve as the main sponsor contact.
Strong technical knowledge of EDC databases, clinical data systems, and analytical tools.
Solid understanding of database structures, data management processes, and clinical research methodologies.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
