Customer Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

Labcorp is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager in India to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement. This role focuses on aligning marketing initiatives with customer experience needs, market trends, data-driven insights, and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Insights & Market Analysis:

    • Analyze customer data to understand trends, behaviors, and needs.
    • Develop monthly customer insights reports for marketing and product teams.
    • Collaborate with Insights and Analytics teams for market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence.
  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution:

    • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
    • Manage campaign calendars, content strategy, and messaging.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all channels (media, web, email, events, etc.).
  • Collaboration & Project Management:

    • Partner with Product and Segment Leads to align marketing strategies with business goals.
    • Lead stakeholder communication to drive project execution.
    • Manage third-party vendors and internal teams for campaign execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or Project Management.
  • Experience & Skills:

    • 7+ years in marketing, market research, or business management.
    • Strong expertise in provider and patient marketing (healthcare preferred).
    • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Salesforce, Tableau, Workfront).
    • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and digital marketing strategies.
    • Strong project management and data analysis skills.
    • Effective communication, copywriting, and problem-solving abilities.
