Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Company: Clario (Part of Thermo Fisher Scientific)

Location: Bangalore, India

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 0–3 years in Customer Support, Technical Support, Help Desk, or Customer Service (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

Salary Package: ₹4–7 LPA (Estimated as per current market standards in Bangalore; additional shift allowances and benefits applicable.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and communications from global clinical trial sites.

  • Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer queries.

  • Document customer interactions in a structured manner.

  • Maintain and update the internal knowledge base.

  • Process re-supply requests and reports efficiently.

  • Assist clients in resolving technical issues related to clinical trial equipment.

  • Troubleshoot equipment transmission and usage problems.

  • Recommend appropriate service setup, usage, and troubleshooting solutions.

  • Deliver world-class customer support while maintaining service quality.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.

  • Customer Service and Problem-Solving skills.

  • Technical Troubleshooting.

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • SQL (Basic knowledge preferred).

  • Documentation and Reporting.

  • Teamwork and Collaboration.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Time Management and Multitasking.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Technical Support or Help Desk.

  • Basic SQL query handling and modification.

  • Experience working in a global customer support environment.

Shift Requirements:

  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Shift allowances provided.
