Job Overview

The CTT LSR – Apprenticeship role is designed for postgraduate professionals seeking practical experience in clinical research disclosure and regulatory transparency. The position is part of the Clinical Trial Transparency (CTT) team within the Office of the Chief Medical Officer.

The role focuses on supporting clinical trial disclosure initiatives, maintaining regulatory compliance, and enhancing transparency in clinical research reporting. Apprentices will work on live projects, including automation initiatives, under the guidance of industry experts while gaining exposure to global clinical operations.

High-performing candidates may be considered for pre-placement interviews and potential full-time opportunities within the Global Capability Center.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support clinical trial disclosure activities in compliance with global regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Assist in Clinical Trial Transparency (CTT) projects, including process optimization and automation initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical research transparency and data disclosure activities.

  • Contribute to development and improvement of dashboards, reporting tools, and data management processes.

  • Support documentation and reporting activities related to clinical research and regulatory submissions.

  • Learn and apply industry best practices in clinical trial disclosure and compliance.

  • Participate in training programs and mentorship initiatives to build professional and technical capabilities.


Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Postgraduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, healthcare, business, or related discipline.

  • Entry-level role with 0–1 year of professional experience; fresh postgraduates with relevant academic knowledge are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and business acumen.

  • Basic knowledge of automation, coding, and digital tools.

  • Familiarity with dashboards, data analysis, or process automation concepts.

  • Ability to understand complex scientific products and clinical research processes.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in dynamic environments.
