Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented CPC Medical Coders (Freshers) to join a healthcare operations team in Hyderabad. This role is designed for candidates looking to build a long-term career in medical coding, healthcare documentation, and revenue cycle management, with structured classroom training and hands-on exposure to industry-standard coding practices.
Key Responsibilities
Actively participate in classroom training programs and successfully clear training assessments with a minimum of 85% quality score
Consistently meet productivity and accuracy targets for assigned mock coding charts
Read, understand, and implement client updates and coding instructions on a continuous basis
Regularly coordinate with team leaders to receive workflow updates and guidance
Continuously enhance knowledge of industry-level changes in medical coding standards and guidelines
Improve coding accuracy by reviewing audit feedback received from clients and quality teams
Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines
Comply with all internal and external quality, confidentiality, and data security standards, including HIPAA, ISO, and ISMS
Maintain punctuality, attendance, and professional conduct at all times
Demonstrate flexibility with shift timings and operational changes as required
Contribute effectively as a team member in a collaborative work environment
