Job Overview

The Coordinator, Strategic Initiatives – Precision Medicine will support senior leadership in driving strategic projects and initiatives that enhance quality, patient satisfaction, and program development. This role requires strong project management, leadership, and financial oversight skills to ensure successful execution of key initiatives in healthcare innovation and precision medicine.


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Strategic Leadership & Project Management

  • Support senior leadership in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Provide project management support, ensuring timely execution and successful completion of key initiatives.
  • Facilitate and lead multidisciplinary teams to drive quality improvements and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leaders on project progress and outcomes.

🔹 Interim Leadership & Program Implementation

  • Serve as a leader or coordinator for special projects and new programs.
  • Assist in developing and implementing precision medicine initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between clinical teams, physicians, and senior leadership.

🔹 Financial Oversight

  • Manage Capital & Operating Budgets related to assigned initiatives.
  • Ensure financial sustainability of new programs and projects.

🔹 Quality & Service Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for service and quality enhancements.
  • Act as a catalyst for implementing positive change.

🔹 Community Outreach & Engagement

  • Participate in community benefit programs and outreach initiatives.

🔹 Additional Duties

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational success.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, Nursing, or a related field.
Experience:

  • 3+ years in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with physicians and clinical leaders.
  • Experience in project management and strategic planning.
    Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with executives, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
