Now Hiring: CNA Program Instructor (RN)

What You’ll Do:

As a CNA Program Instructor, you will utilize your expertise to develop and deliver training that prepares students for the CNA credentialing exam while ensuring quality care for our residents. Your leadership and guidance will empower future healthcare professionals, contributing to the enhancement of care standards and resident well-being in your community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hands-on clinical training sessions, incorporating real-world scenarios and practical experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
  • Offer ongoing mentoring and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster continuous learning and professional growth among students.
  • Assist with the recruitment and interviewing of prospective students.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

What You’ll Bring:

We are looking for a CNA Program Instructor (RN) who has:

  • A valid state nursing license (RN).
  • An advanced degree or certification is preferred.
  • Experience in a nursing leadership role in a Long-Term Care or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in staff education and development.
  • A commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on innovation and quality improvement.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • Interest in working with the elderly and chronically ill.
  • Excellent communication, instructional, and presentation skills.
  • Strong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
