Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Trials Synergies and Strategy Director to lead high-level strategic initiatives across our pharmaceutical solutions business. This role involves oversight of marketing, market access, pricing strategies, and service delivery synergies. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp strategic mindset, a proven consulting background, and strong cross-functional leadership experience in medtech or the pharmaceutical industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Consulting & Commercial Leadership:

  • Lead strategic projects focused on marketing, market access, pricing, and commercial planning.

  • Conduct market potential and competitor landscape assessments to support strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and implement operational plans to boost healthcare efficiency and reduce costs.

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Devise and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility and customer engagement.

  • Optimize positioning for service offerings and enhance brand equity.

Strategic Growth & Synergies:

  • Design commercial strategies that lead to significant increases in service uptake.

  • Build collaborative bridges across sales, operations, and finance globally and locally.

  • Identify collaboration opportunities among group companies to drive mutual growth.

  • Formulate synergy strategies that utilize shared resources or market positions.

  • Facilitate communication and cooperation across internal business entities.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including innovation-focused key account partners.

  • Lead strategic workshops and innovation sessions with clients.

  • Inspire, guide, and manage direct reports and cross-functional teams.

  • Promote a high-performance culture through mentoring and strategic execution.


Qualifications:

  • MBA from a recognized top-tier business school.

  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmaceutics, or related discipline.

  • 10–15 years’ experience in strategic consulting, commercial strategy, or director-level management in the pharmaceutical or medtech sector.

  • Proven experience in cross-functional team leadership across geographies.

  • Strong record of success in stakeholder engagement and strategic growth.
