Job Summary

IQVIA, a global leader in healthcare data and clinical research services, is hiring a Clinical Trial Educator (CTE) for a full-time, remote position with nationwide travel. This role supports the success of clinical trials by delivering site-level education, driving patient recruitment strategies, and building referral networks. Ideal for professionals with a clinical research background and a passion for educating healthcare providers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver educational presentations to healthcare providers and site staff on trial protocols and eligibility.

  • Collaborate with Clinical Research Associates and medical teams to enhance trial execution.

  • Develop and implement tailored patient recruitment plans for study sites.

  • Build referral networks with physicians and community support groups.

  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts in clinical trials.

  • Conduct outreach, chart reviews, and data abstraction to facilitate enrollment.

  • Travel nationally up to 75% of the time, with overnight stays as needed.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; RN license preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Trial Educator or healthcare educator.

  • Prior experience in clinical research required; CCRC certification preferred.

  • Strong community engagement experience.

  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Technologically adept with solid administrative skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

  • Demonstrated leadership, business acumen, and analytical thinking.

  • Flexibility to learn new therapeutic areas and adapt quickly.

  • Familiarity with patient recruitment practices and clinical trial operations.
