Salary:
$74,900 – $156,300 annually

Position Overview:
IQVIA is seeking a dynamic Clinical Trial Educator (CTE) to support patient recruitment, trial execution, and clinical site engagement across regions including the West, Central, Northeast, and Southeast U.S. This national field-based role involves significant travel and plays a crucial role in educating clinical trial sites, increasing patient enrollment, and supporting physician referral networks in targeted therapeutic areas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-service presentations and educational sessions to trial sites

  • Educate healthcare professionals on trial inclusion/exclusion criteria

  • Collaborate with CRAs and medical teams to build tailored patient recruitment plans

  • Engage community physicians and develop referral networks to support recruitment

  • Participate in support group meetings and community outreach in the therapeutic area

  • Maintain regular communication with clinical sites and provide strategic support

  • Conduct chart reviews, data abstraction, and referral outreach activities

  • Travel up to 75% nationwide, including potential overnight stays


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field preferred)

  • Clinical Research experience required

  • RN license and/or CCRC certification preferred

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Clinical Trial Education or healthcare education

  • Strong experience in community engagement and outreach initiatives

  • Experience with Diversity and Inclusion in Clinical Trials highly valued

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Experience in patient recruitment and managing outreach strategies

  • Tech-savvy and well-organized with excellent administrative abilities

  • Proven ability to execute cross-functional projects and field tasks


Additional Qualities:

  • Demonstrated business acumen and negotiation skills

  • Strong adaptability to new therapeutic areas

  • Capable of influencing site behavior to support recruitment goals

  • Experience with sales processes and technical knowledge application is a plus
