Position Overview

The Clinical Theranostics Specialist (CTS) is a field-based clinical role responsible for:

  • Supporting clinical workflow integration of imaging across the Telix theranostic pipeline.

  • Onboarding new sites for Illuccix and preparing them for future product launches.

  • Building long-term, credible peer-to-peer relationships with oncologists, urologists, radiologists, nuclear medicine specialists, and other medical experts.

  • Advancing the scientific exchange in alignment with Medical Affairs strategies.

Preferred Residence: NY, VT, NH, ME, PA, CT, MA, D.C.


Key Responsibilities

1. Site Support & Onboarding

  • Assist in new site onboarding and protocol optimization for proper use of Telix radiopharmaceuticals.

  • Ensure successful first and subsequent scanning experiences at each site.

  • Provide ongoing support for commercial and clinical trial setup.

2. Medical Affairs & Scientific Engagement

  • Align field activities with Medical Affairs strategic plans.

  • Identify research gaps, opportunities, and field insights to inform medical strategy.

  • Support Medical Education grants and Investigator-Initiated Research (IIR) proposals.

  • Deliver scientific presentations, product training, and disease state education to internal and external stakeholders.

3. Research & Knowledge Development

  • Conduct continuous literature and data review to maintain deep understanding of radiopharmaceutical imaging.

  • Attend scientific conferences to represent Telix Medical Affairs and gather competitive intelligence.

  • Synthesize research findings to enhance clinical practice and patient outcomes.

4. Compliance & Collaboration

  • Ensure all activities comply with Telix’s ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Clinical Operations teams on cross-functional initiatives.

  • Maintain certifications and a current understanding of industry regulations.


Education & Experience

Requirement

Details

🎓 Degree

BS or MS in a scientific discipline (preferably Radiology or related field)

🧾 Certification

NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board) or ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)

💼 Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience with PET/CT scanning (NGI’s) and radiopharmaceuticals

🧠 Preferred Area

Experience in prostate cancer imaging

📊 Skills

Strong understanding of scientific data, market research, and healthcare intelligence

💻 Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

🗣️ Communication

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

🚗 Travel

Up to 75% travel, must live near a major airport

🪪 License

Valid driver’s license required
