Position Overview

The Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Clinical Supply Chain team.
This role ensures the timely preparation, documentation, and tracking of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) and related clinical trial materials, maintaining strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.


Key Responsibilities

1. Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and maintain supply documentation, including shipment records, packing lists, and tracking logs.

  • Track and file batch records, temperature logs, and regulatory compliance documentation.

  • Perform data entry, filing, and archiving activities to support audits and inspections.

  • Identify and escalate discrepancies in supply records to senior staff.

2. Supply Coordination

  • Support order entry and communication with manufacturers to ensure timely production of IMPs.

  • Assist in labeling and packaging coordination activities under supervision.

  • Manage the setup and maintenance of inventory databases and trial supply systems (IRT, ERP, or internal tools).

  • Provide updates to internal teams regarding shipment status and documentation requests.

3. Systems & Data Management

  • Support data tracking and documentation in systems such as Microsoft Office, Smartsheets, Snowflake, or SAP.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records to ensure audit readiness and traceability across the supply process.

🎓 Education

High School Diploma (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or Life Sciences preferred

💼 Experience

Minimum 1 year in administrative, supply chain, or related operations (internship experience accepted)

💻 Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Smartsheets, Snowflake, or SAP preferred

📋 Key Skills

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and documentation accuracy

🗣️ Communication

Clear written and verbal communication skills
