Role Summary

The Director oversees global development projects within the Rheumatology group, part of Pfizer’s Inflammation & Immunology & Specialty Care division. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating clinical designs, data management, regulatory submissions, and strategic initiatives. The role may also involve managing contract biostatisticians, ensuring resource allocation, assignment scheduling, and monitoring project status to meet timelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide rigorous statistical guidance on study designs, analysis plans, result interpretation, and regulatory and registration-related planning. TealBuilt In BostonIndeed

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field with 10+ years of clinical trials experience—OR PhD with 7+ years clinical trial experience. TealBuilt In BostonIndeed

  • Strong understanding of clinical trial, regulatory, and marketing processes. TealBuilt In BostonIndeed

  • Demonstrated leadership in statistical support across cross-functional teams at project and protocol levels. TealBuilt In BostonIndeed

  • Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R, SAS, or Python, and experience with reproducible research tools like R Markdown, Quarto, or Git/GitHub. TealBuilt In BostonIndeed

Compensation & Benefits
