Role Overview

The Clinical Specialist / Stroke Rater will ensure accurate and consistent clinical trial assessments. This includes reviewing rating scales, evaluating assessment quality, providing real-time feedback to raters, and participating in calibration and training sessions. The role supports data reliability and compliance across ongoing CNS and stroke clinical trials.

This position is ideal for candidates fluent in Marathi and English, with experience in CNS or stroke clinical research trials, seeking a flexible, remote work opportunity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in orientation, training, and calibration sessions.

  • Review clinical case data and prepare documentation for rater discussions.

  • Conduct scheduled rater interactions and provide guidance on scoring techniques and methodology.

  • Complete tasks and submit documentation accurately and on time.

  • Maintain high-quality, reliable, and consistent clinical trial assessment data.

  • Support communication with raters and project teams to ensure adherence to clinical trial protocols.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or equivalent). MD, DO, or PhD preferred.

  • Experience:

    • 3+ years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and structured clinical interviews (mRS and/or EQ-5D-5L).

    • 3+ years clinical experience with psychiatric or neurological populations.

    • 3+ years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral work).

    • CNS or stroke clinical trial experience is a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and professional collaboration skills.

    • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.

    • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Language Requirement: Fluent in English and native-level proficiency in Marathi.
