Role Overview: The Clinical Site Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing site performance and engagement for client-conducted clinical studies. Leveraging extensive clinical operational and therapeutic expertise, the manager will support the execution of clinical studies, ensuring adherence to client SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all monitoring and site-related activities to ensure compliance with clinical trial standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical sites, investigators, and staff.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
  • Provide operational support to ensure studies are delivered within timelines and quality standards.
  • Engage early with Key Opinion Leaders, sites, and patient organizations, serving as the primary contact throughout the study.
  • Train new investigators on client clinical trials protocols.
  • Attend therapeutic and industry trainings as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years of monitoring experience, specifically in Switzerland.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to effectively operate within an international and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically, including overnight stays (travel requirement: at least 50%).
