Job Summary

Medpace is seeking a full-time, office-based Clinical Safety Coordinator to join the Clinical Safety Department in Cincinnati, Ohio.
This position is responsible for the handling, processing, and tracking of adverse events from all sources — including clinical trials and post-marketing surveillance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and track Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reports

  • Generate safety narratives and queries

  • Perform data entry into safety databases

  • Conduct quality control of safety cases

  • Collaborate with internal departments and clinical research sites to ensure compliance with safety procedures


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life/Health Sciences (Microbiology, Biology, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, or related field)

  • Proficient in Microsoft® Office applications

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
