🧪 About the Role

Join one of the largest Clinical Research Organizations in the world with four Early Phase Clinical Research Units in the UK and US.

We are seeking RNs, LPNs, or Certified Paramedics to engage directly with healthy volunteer participants in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. You'll support Phase I clinical trials exploring a wide range of therapeutic indications — from first-in-human to drug-drug interaction studies.

This position offers direct hands-on clinical work and the opportunity to participate in the early stages of drug development, impacting future patient care worldwide.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform clinical assessments:

    • Blood pressure

    • Venipuncture

    • Weight

    • Pulse

    • Respiratory rate

    • Temperature

  • Prepare and record ECGs / Holter monitors

  • Collect, process, and distribute biological samples

  • Monitor participant dietary compliance

  • Prepare exam rooms and medical equipment

  • Assist in participant screening procedures

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient clinical environment

  • Complete documentation accurately in an electronic system

  • Perform other duties as assigned


🎓 Required Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Certifications

  • Paramedics: Must be certified in Wisconsin

  • CMA, CNA, Phlebotomy, or EMT certifications preferred

Experience

  • 0–1 year of related clinical experience
