Clinical Research Executive

Position Overview:

The Clinical Research Executive will be responsible for coordinating clinical trials, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, and collaborating with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies to maintain high research standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Principal Investigators (PIs), Institutional Review Boards (IRB), Sponsors/CROs, and research teams for trial execution.
  • Recruit and monitor trial participants, ensuring their well-being throughout the study.
  • Maintain trial records, logs, and documentation for regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Train staff on trial-related responsibilities and ethical considerations.
  • Protect patient rights and confidentiality throughout the study.
  • Report trial data, including adverse events and protocol deviations, in a timely manner.
  • Manage documentation, including informed consent forms, Case Report Forms (CRFs), and regulatory submissions.
  • Archive trial-related documents as per retention policies.
  • Identify new research opportunities and liaise with sponsors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Life Sciences with a Clinical Research Certificate OR Bachelor’s/Master’s in Clinical Research.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Preference for candidates trained in ICH-GCP guidelines.
