Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits per protocol and GCP guidelines

  • Communicate effectively with investigators, coordinators, and site staff

  • Verify investigator qualifications, resources, and compliance

  • Review medical records and ensure accurate data entry

  • Identify and resolve protocol deviations and compliance risks

  • Verify eligibility, regulatory documents, and drug/device accountability

  • Review and report adverse events (AEs/SAEs) and concomitant medications

  • Monitor patient recruitment and retention, providing suggestions for improvement

  • Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters summarizing findings


Qualifications

  • πŸŽ“ Bachelor’s degree in a health or science-related field (required)

  • πŸ§ͺ Minimum 1 year experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator

  • πŸš— Willingness to travel 60–70% nationwide (some remote visits possible)

  • πŸͺͺ Valid driver’s license

  • πŸ’» Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • πŸ—£οΈ Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills

  • ⏱️ Excellent time management and attention to detail
