Job Summary
Medpace is seeking Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) to transition into Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) through our specialized PACE® Training Program.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with at least 1 year of CRC experience, offering home-based flexibility, competitive salary, and generous travel bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits per protocol and GCP guidelines
Communicate effectively with investigators, coordinators, and site staff
Verify investigator qualifications, resources, and compliance
Review medical records and ensure accurate data entry
Identify and resolve protocol deviations and compliance risks
Verify eligibility, regulatory documents, and drug/device accountability
Review and report adverse events (AEs/SAEs) and concomitant medications
Monitor patient recruitment and retention, providing suggestions for improvement
Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters summarizing findings
Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in a health or science-related field (required)
🧪 Minimum 1 year experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
🚗 Willingness to travel 60–70% nationwide (some remote visits possible)
🪪 Valid driver’s license
💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
🗣️ Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
⏱️ Excellent time management and attention to detail
