Job Summary

Medpace, a leading full-service Clinical Research Organization (CRO), is seeking motivated Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC) with at least one year of experience to transition into Clinical Research Associate (CRA) roles. Through our comprehensive PACE® Training Program, you will gain the skills and knowledge required to function as a fully qualified CRA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits in compliance with approved protocols, GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

  • Liaise effectively with medical site staff, including coordinators, investigators, and research personnel.

  • Verify investigator qualifications, training, site resources, laboratory facilities, and equipment readiness.

  • Ensure accurate source documentation and case report form (CRF) data, including identifying and reporting discrepancies.

  • Conduct on-site and virtual monitoring using a risk-based monitoring approach and the integrated Clinical Trial Management System.

  • Monitor subject eligibility, enrollment, and retention; provide guidance to optimize recruitment.

  • Review regulatory documents, adverse events, concomitant medications, investigational product accountability, and overall site compliance.

  • Prepare and submit monitoring reports detailing deviations, deficiencies, corrective actions, and recommendations for compliance improvement.


Experience & Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health, science, or related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC).

  • Ability to travel 60–70% nationally; some visits may be conducted remotely.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to monitoring sites.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft® Office Suite.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
