Job Overview

The Clinical Project Associate role is designed for professionals and fresh graduates looking to build a career in clinical research and project management. The position focuses on supporting clinical operations, maintaining documentation quality, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and contributing to efficient project execution within global clinical trials.


Key Responsibilities

  • Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions consistently

  • Complete assigned training within defined timelines and maintain compliance

  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks with a focus on quality and productivity

  • Maintain and organize project-related and technical documentation accurately

  • Provide administrative and technical support to cross-functional teams

  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance of deliverables

  • Identify issues proactively and ensure timely escalation and resolution

  • Track, analyze, and report project metrics as per management requirements

  • Support implementation of updated processes, SOPs, and workflows

  • Develop subject-matter understanding to solve process-specific challenges

  • Mentor junior team members and support competency development post-training

  • Maintain training documentation and ensure audit readiness at all times

  • Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives across departments

  • Assess workload and allocate tasks based on priority and timelines

  • Conduct peer quality reviews and identify process improvement opportunities

  • Prepare and deliver training sessions, including agenda and learning materials

  • Review and update SOPs and Work Instructions in coordination with QA teams


Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field

  • 0–4 years of experience in clinical research or related domain

  • Freshers with strong academic background and interest in clinical trials are encouraged to apply
