Role Overview

The Clinical Operations Specialist supports the effective execution of global clinical trials, ensuring protocol compliance, patient safety, and data integrity. This role provides administrative and operational support to clinical monitoring teams, liaises with study sites, maintains trial documentation, and coordinates critical clinical trial activities.

This position is ideal for candidates with 2–4 years of clinical operations or research support experience, looking to advance their career in a global biopharmaceutical environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support clinical monitoring staff with site management, serving as a Sponsor representative to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance.

  • Maintain and update Trial Master File (TMF) and project documentation, participating in file audits as required.

  • Prepare and manage site manuals, reference tools, and operational documents.

  • Track clinical and regulatory documents, ensuring timely updates to investigator sites, project teams, and clients.

  • Manage site correspondence, shared mailboxes, and document routing.

  • Coordinate site supplies, materials, and shipments, ensuring accurate tracking and delivery.

  • Assist in team meetings, preparing agendas, action items, and accurate minutes.

  • Handle receipt, tracking, and disposition of Case Report Forms (CRFs) and queries as needed.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge in clinical research regulations and best practices through assigned trainings.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.

  • 2–4 years of experience in clinical operations, clinical research, or clinical trial support.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and clinical systems.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.

  • Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
