Role Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Reviewer I to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting comprehensive reviews of clinical trial protocols, patient records, and medical documentation. You will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and study protocols, and collaborate with clinical teams to assess patient eligibility, adverse events, and deviations. Your work will contribute directly to the integrity and success of clinical trials and the advancement of new therapies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Trial Reviews:

    • Conduct thorough reviews of clinical trial protocols, patient records, and medical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and study protocols.
    • Assess patient eligibility, adverse events, and protocol deviations, providing clinical insights and recommendations as needed.
    • Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve issues and improve trial processes.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Assist in data collection and analysis activities to support clinical trial outcomes.
    • Contribute to the interpretation and reporting of clinical trial results, ensuring that findings are accurate and meaningful.
  • Process Optimization:

    • Help develop and implement nursing review processes to optimize data quality and maintain the integrity of clinical trial documentation.
  • Documentation & Compliance:

    • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of nursing review activities in adherence to company guidelines and regulatory standards.
    • Ensure that all activities are compliant with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Bring

  • Shift: Normal day shift (approx. 9 am – 6 pm).
  • Location: Flexible between Chennai and Bangalore (home-based position).
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent healthcare-related field.
    • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Experience:
    • Previous clinical nursing experience, preferably within a research or clinical trial setting.
    • Strong understanding of medical terminology, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements related to clinical research.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
