Job Description
Atherton Endoscopy Center, a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center specializing in gastroenterology procedures, is seeking a motivated Clinical Director to lead and oversee our clinical departments. In this fast-paced environment, the Clinical Director will be responsible for managing and developing clinical teams while ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction. We are looking for a professional with leadership experience, strong critical thinking abilities, and the capability to solve problems effectively while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical departments, including hiring, mentoring, scheduling, and supervising staff.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CMS, OSHA, accreditation).
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure business growth and continued improvement in clinical operations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to clinical teams to ensure the highest quality patient care.
  • Handle problems and challenges efficiently with emotional intelligence and sound decision-making skills.
  • Maintain and improve clinical operations through quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs.
  • Prepare for and manage regulatory surveys, audits, and accreditation processes.

Salary
$141,440 - $166,400 annually

Required Skills

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in GI/endoscopy or ASCs
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards (CMS, OSHA, accreditation)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare-related software

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years of nursing experience, preferably in GI/endoscopy or ambulatory surgery centers
  • At least 2 years of leadership/management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Hands-on experience with regulatory surveys and compliance audits
  • Proven track record of managing clinical teams in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting
