Role Overview:
We are seeking a Clinical Data Services Senior Analyst to join our Life Sciences R&D vertical in Bengaluru. In this role, you will support the collection, management, and analysis of clinical trial data while ensuring adherence to CDISC, SDTM, and client-specific standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with clinical data management processes, and the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data management activities, including discrepancy review, query generation, and resolution.

  • Author mapping specifications from source data to target CDISC/SDTM or client-defined standards.

  • Develop CDISC/SDTM domains using data conversion tools and ensure quality control of outputs.

  • Create annotated CRFs and data definition files in compliance with CDISC/SDTM standards.

  • Conduct database validation (UAT) and edit check validation by creating test cases and scripts.

  • Monitor and report project status, contribute to project-related documentation, and proactively identify issues.

  • Collaborate with peers, clients, and management to solve complex problems and support project goals.

  • Adapt to rotational shifts and handle multiple priorities under time-sensitive conditions.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or related discipline.

  • 2–5 years of experience in Clinical Data Management, preferably in SDTM mapping, CDISC standards, or clinical research.

  • Proficiency in data management systems such as CTMS, TMF, Veeva Vault, and related electronic document management tools.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
