Accenture is hiring a Clinical Data Services Senior Analyst to join its Life Sciences R&D practice in Bengaluru. This role supports global biopharmaceutical clients across clinical trials, regulatory services, pharmacovigilance, and patient-focused solutions.
The position focuses on Clinical Data Management and Clinical Reporting, with responsibility for developing high-quality clinical trial reports and supporting end-to-end clinical data lifecycle activities using advanced analytics and reporting tools.
Develop and deliver clinical trial reports using SAS, J-Review, Cognos, SQL, and PL/SQL based on study and sponsor requirements
Support clinical data management activities including discrepancy review, query generation, and query resolution
Create and maintain CRF Completion Guidelines (CCG) and SAE reconciliation guidelines
Identify, document, and escalate protocol deviations within clinical databases
Perform edit check validation by developing test cases and executing test scripts
Conduct database validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) against CRF/eCRF specifications
Manage and support clinical data management projects with a focus on quality, timelines, and compliance
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely data delivery
Analyze and resolve increasingly complex data and reporting issues with minimal supervision
Clinical Data Management and Clinical Database Programming
Strong experience with SAS (Clinical), SQL, and PL/SQL
Clinical reporting and data visualization using J-Review and Cognos
Understanding of clinical trial processes, data standards, and regulatory expectations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams
BE / BTech / MCA or equivalent technical qualification
5–8 years of hands-on experience in Clinical Data Services, Clinical Data Management, or Clinical Reporting
Prior experience supporting life sciences or biopharmaceutical clients is strongly preferred
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
Individual contributor role with potential oversight of small work efforts or junior team members
Regular interaction with internal peers, with limited client or leadership engagement
Moderate guidance provided for new assignments; minimal supervision for routine tasks
Decisions impact individual deliverables and may influence broader team outcomes
