Skill Area

Clinical Data Services – Clinical Reports Management

Role Overview

As a Clinical Data Services Analyst, you will work in the Life Sciences R&D vertical, supporting the clinical data management process across clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory operations.
Your role will focus on data collection, integration, validation, and reporting to ensure high-quality clinical trial data.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data management activities including discrepancy review, query generation, and resolution.

  • Create and maintain CRF Completion Guidelines (CCG) and SAE Reconciliation Guidelines.

  • Identify and raise protocol deviations in clinical trial databases.

  • Develop clinical trial reports using tools such as SAS, J-Review, SQL, PLSQL, CDW, and Elluminate.

  • Conduct edit check validation, create test cases/scripts, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and timely project delivery.

  • Work independently on assigned tasks with periodic supervision.

  • Follow detailed instructions for new assignments and moderate guidance for daily tasks.

  • Support operations in rotational shifts, as required.


Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • BE / BTech / BSc in a relevant field

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Clinical Data Services or Life Sciences R&D domain

Language Proficiency

  • English (Domestic) – Intermediate level
