Role Overview:

As a Clinical Data Science Associate, you will join a fast-growing, high-impact team and contribute to data review and analysis within global clinical trials. The role is office-based in Dublin and offers comprehensive training, clear career progression, and hands-on experience in clinical data science.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Protocol Understanding – Interpret clinical protocols in alignment with regulatory and study goals.

  • Clinical Data Interpretation – Identify trends, outliers, and inconsistencies in clinical datasets.

  • Project Management – Coordinate timelines and deliverables for clinical data activities.

  • Financial Tracking – Support project budgeting and financial reporting.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams to deliver data-driven insights.

  • Quality Assurance – Maintain data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Documentation & Reporting – Create reports and summaries for internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies.

  • Continuous Learning – Stay up to date with developments in clinical data science and healthcare.


Candidate Profile:

  • Administrative experience or a recent graduate in a relevant field.

  • A degree in a quantitative or data-focused discipline is beneficial.

  • Strong Excel and general IT proficiency.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to multitask under pressure.

  • Must be Dublin-based and willing to work full-time onsite.
