Job Title: Clinical Data Manager
Location: India

Job Description:

We are seeking a Clinical Data Manager (CDM) to join Novotech’s Data Management group. The CDM will be responsible for managing all aspects of data management to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Data Management Practices (GCDMP).

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate in a clinical or life sciences-related field.
  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience in a similar role in the research, pharmaceutical industry, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: As part of the project team, report to the Project Manager for integrated projects. Oversee all aspects of data management for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with the protocol, project plan, Data Management Plan, and GCDMP guidelines.
  • Project Feasibility: Determine project feasibility from a data management perspective, ensuring Novotech performs required services as per the project agreement.
  • Data Management Plans: Liaise with the project and clients to prepare and maintain Data Management Plans.
  • RFP Preparation: Provide input into the preparation of RFPs in collaboration with the business development and clinical teams.
  • Independent Project Management: May act as Project Manager for standalone data management projects.
