Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage participant data journeys, from sourcing to ingestion and integration.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to address technical challenges in clinical data flow.

  • Create data flow maps and define data ingestion specifications and reconciliation processes.

  • Lead non-standard data ingestion processes and vendor coordination.

  • Conduct risk assessments related to clinical data integrity and advise on mitigation strategies.

  • Support implementation and setup of digital health technologies and eSource systems.

  • Evaluate and contribute to vendor selection and long-term data platform strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with data governance frameworks and industry standards.

  • Participate in process improvements, tech integrations, and data optimization initiatives.


Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 4 years in clinical data management and acquisition.

    • Ideally 7+ years in a similar role within the BioPharma industry.

  • Skills:

    • Deep knowledge of clinical datasets (EDC and non-CRF).

    • Familiarity with modern data platforms: Big Data, Lakehouse, ingestion, and transformation.

    • Strong analytical skills and experience handling large, complex datasets.
