Key Responsibilities:
Define and manage participant data journeys, from sourcing to ingestion and integration.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to address technical challenges in clinical data flow.
Create data flow maps and define data ingestion specifications and reconciliation processes.
Lead non-standard data ingestion processes and vendor coordination.
Conduct risk assessments related to clinical data integrity and advise on mitigation strategies.
Support implementation and setup of digital health technologies and eSource systems.
Evaluate and contribute to vendor selection and long-term data platform strategies.
Ensure compliance with data governance frameworks and industry standards.
Participate in process improvements, tech integrations, and data optimization initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in clinical data management and acquisition.
Ideally 7+ years in a similar role within the BioPharma industry.
Skills:
Deep knowledge of clinical datasets (EDC and non-CRF).
Familiarity with modern data platforms: Big Data, Lakehouse, ingestion, and transformation.
Strong analytical skills and experience handling large, complex datasets.
