About the Job:

Join Sanofi as a Clinical Competitive Intelligence Specialist within Early Operations Strategy. In this role, you will analyze and interpret data from various sources to support decision-making and planning for clinical studies. Work closely with global teams to drive strategies that enhance the design and execution of clinical trials. With a focus on scientific data, you will provide insights that guide project teams in identifying optimal sites and enrollment strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Global Feasibility Lead (GFL), Sanofi physicians, and clinical project teams to develop strategies for clinical studies.
  • Analyze and interpret scientific data such as real-world data, epidemiological data, and scientific articles.
  • Support integration of data from feasibility vendors to assist with site identification and enrollment modeling.
  • Develop query strategies and build electronic health record (eHR) queries to support protocol design and feasibility processes.
  • Assess the quality, availability, and feasibility of data and provide recommendations to stakeholders on the reliability of methods used.

About You:

  • Experience: Background in healthcare, clinical research, pharmaceutical R&D, or related fields. Experience working with diverse clinical data sources (e.g., clinical study data, eHR data, disease registries, claims data).
  • Soft Skills: Ability to communicate complex data effectively and adapt to change.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biostatistics, or related fields with a strong quantitative and computational focus.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
