As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting clinical teams, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders by delivering technical expertise, product training, and field support. This position is ideal for experienced clinical trainers or application specialists seeking to contribute to a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive clinical training materials for doctors, technicians, internal sales teams, and distributors.

  • Conduct joint fieldwork with the sales team (FLC, GSS, PSS) for a minimum of 10 days per month, including pre-sales demonstrations, post-sales trainings, and technical discussions.

  • Deliver one virtual distributor and sales training session per month.

  • Participate as a speaker in one CME program per quarter across hospitals.

  • Provide updated clinical insights and ensure alignment with product use and market needs.

  • Lead partnership projects involving LoopEX, Integra, Medtronic, and Intuitive platforms.

  • Support Regulatory Affairs and Marketing teams during product registration activities.

  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs to execute non-promotional scientific initiatives.

Required Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience as a Clinical Trainer or Clinical Application Specialist.

  • Strong background in capital medical equipment.

  • Proven experience delivering training to healthcare professionals and sales teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a medical or clinical discipline.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and training delivery skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple clinical and technical activities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, RA, and medical affairs.
