Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative intake of members and service requests.
Process incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations.
Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and the clinical team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare and organize documents for Clinical Coverage Review.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues for members and healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate records and follow company protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED (or higher).
2+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, including processing referrals and authorizations.
Beginner-level proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes (preferred).
Experience in hospitals, physician offices, or medical clinic settings (preferred).
Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred).
