Clinical Administrative Coordinator – Clearwater, FL

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative intake of members and service requests.

  • Process incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations.

  • Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and the clinical team to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Prepare and organize documents for Clinical Coverage Review.

  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues for members and healthcare providers.

  • Maintain accurate records and follow company protocols.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher).

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, including processing referrals and authorizations.

  • Beginner-level proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes (preferred).

  • Experience in hospitals, physician offices, or medical clinic settings (preferred).

  • Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred).
